Our 1st day in Bali was little bit busy and over scheduled day. We planned to go la laguna restaurant in the evening. The place was very close to our hotel. I have to say, this place was my husband choice. He planned this to surprise me. He planned this for my birthday. So he wanted to give something special to me as usual.
Ok back to our story . We planned to go there around 4pm local time. But we couldn’t catch a taxi We could reach there within 15 minutes from Seminiyak. Our taxi came on just in time to hotel. we went there around 5pm local time.
La laguna bali in Canggu is a bar and a restaurant. It is located in northern most end of Semniyak. If you go by taxi you can see, the road is over from the restaurant. The restaurant is close to sea. This spot represents some gypsy vibe of Bali. And background is filled with some beautiful decorations. The décor and ambience are totally unique and fascinating. Because of that It makes me feel I am going to some special place. It had a such magical feel. There are different cuisines to match the unique interior and exterior designs. So you can select any restaurant to your taste. The food was delicious and whole of these thing going like a dream to me. I knew my husband was happy when he was seeing my happy mood. I was so excited at that moment. After he selected some western food and cocktails. The food was too expensive but it was worthy to try them in this place.
La laguna is very special for Bali cocktail. Try at once cocktails of la laguna when you are in Bali. It is special and refreshing. We had our dinner while enjoying sunset. I would like to recommend to you go to la Laguna in the evening. The atmosphere was incredible. It was like we could feel gypsy around us.
Staffing
The staff of there was very welcoming and pleasant. And they know how to run this place alive with good management. That’s why there are full of locals and foreginers. They were very friendly to all locals and tourists who came there. They served foods every corner without any hesitation and with a smile.

La laguna Cocktails
We enjoyed our meals during sunset. Bali beaches are very beautiful in the evening. There was a big wood bridge towards to the beach. We were enjoying these Balinese things while drinking special Bali cocktails. As I told your earlier, I personally like cocktails. La laguna cocktails have different and refreshing taste among the others. They include pineapple, apple, lemon, vodka, cranberry, syrups, herbs, lemongrass, basil and lime. And most of the days they open their restaurants and bars for tourists. There is no dress code. I would like to recommended you to go their during sunset. You can walk everywhere around the beach and watch the sunset. Enjoyyyyyy…..
Overall this place give me lots of pleasant experience and remarkable memories for my day. Even today I thanks every times to my husband for gave such a wonderful surprise when I see the pictures of la laguana. I am definitely go again to la laguna on our next time in Bali.
